🐕 What is the rabies vaccine used for?

The rabies vaccine is used to prevent or treat rabies infection caused by the bite or scratch of an infected animal. It is commonly administered after exposure (Post-Exposure Prophylaxis) or before exposure for individuals at high risk (Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis).

💉 Is the vaccine for humans or animals?

We supply both human and veterinary-grade rabies vaccines. Please check the product description carefully, or contact us if you're unsure which one is right for your needs.

🛒 How do I order the vaccine?

You can order directly through our website by selecting the product and quantity. For bulk orders (10+ vials), visit our Bulk Orders page or message us on Facebook Messenger for faster coordination.

🕒 Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes, same-day delivery is available within Metro Manila for orders confirmed before 3:00 PM. For areas outside Metro Manila, we offer next-day to 3-day delivery depending on your location.

🧊 Is cold-chain delivery guaranteed?

Yes. We strictly follow cold-chain protocols. All vaccines are shipped with cold packs to maintain the required temperature range (2°C to 8°C) during delivery.

Currently, we operate on a delivery-only basis to ensure cold-chain protection. However, special pick-up arrangements may be made upon request for large bulk orders.

Storage and handling instructions

We also provide official billing documents upon request for institutional or government clients.
